A couple months ago, Toho and Haneda Airport announced plans to welcome international arrivals in style and mark Godzilla’s ongoing anniversary celebrations with a massive statue of the King of the Monsters. Now, the statue is in place, and honestly, just look at him.

Today the movie studio officially unveiled the statue, which will welcome and bid farewell to international passengers through Haneda’s Terminal 3, towering over its main concourse. Based on Godzilla’s classic design…
