India is currently in talks with the United States to join the Pax Silica supply chain partnership for critical minerals, and may enter the US-led multilateral initiative alongside other countries in the first half of 2026, US undersecretary of state for economic affairs Jacob Helberg has said.

Speaking to Bloomberg in the US, Helberg also indicated the participation of the European Union and Taiwan in the global supply chain agreement for critical minerals. He also revealed the US will be attending the IndiaAI Impact Summit to be hosted in Delhi…
