Walmart Drone Delivery Coverage Set to Double, Launch From 150 More Stores

Walmart will expand its drone delivery service to cover millions more customers by the end of 2027. The retailer and its drone delivery partner Wing intend to expand airborne deliveries to 150 more stores over the next two years. That’s on top of previously announced expansions, increasing the target to over 270 drone-compatible locations.

The new expansions are estimated to increase Walmart’s drone coverage to over 40 million Americans, around 10% of the current US population….
