Indian smart wearables brand Noise has announced a joint venture with Il Jin Electronics, a subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India, to strengthen the manufacturing of smart wearables within the country.

Through this partnership, Noise aims to leverage Il Jin Electronics’ manufacturing expertise, resources, and capabilities. The primary objective is to establish a robust manufacturing ecosystem in India, fostering local value addition through the development of in-house infrastructure for activities like product assembly, hardware design, and component manufacturing.

Amit Khatri, Co-founder at Noise, expressed, “Our partnership with Il Jin Electronics marks a significant milestone in our mission to bolster India’s manufacturing capabilities. As pioneers in the industry, our commitment to delivering high-quality ‘Made in India’ smart wearables remains steadfast. Going forward, this collaboration will utilize our combined expertise to elevate domestic manufacturing, drive category expansion, and stimulate growth across the ecosystem.”

It’s worth noting that Noise already manufactures over 95% of its products within India, showcasing a strong commitment to domestic production.
