Generative AI has emerged as one of the most lucrative opportunities globally, and India is actively participating in this technological revolution. Startups throughout the country are embracing this innovation, either by incorporating Gen AI capabilities into their existing product line or by developing entirely new products.

Recognising the expansive opportunities presented by generative AI, AppyHigh, a SaaS products developer based in Delhi NCR, has introduced a suite of productivity tools utilising this technology.

The suite is aimed at enhancing productivity for solopreneurs, creators, small business owners, sellers, designers, and gamers, among others, enabling them to leverage the potential of generative AI to optimise their operations and gain a competitive edge in the market.

The suite encompasses 13 applications, covering a variety of use cases including social media, content generation, and collaboration. These applications are tailored to enhance the daily operations of startups and small businesses, focusing on improving efficiency and productivity.

The product suite consists of three business apps, two lifestyle apps, four generative AI apps and four enterprise tools for now. The generative AI apps include an avatar maker, an image editing app, a text-to-image generator app and an AI chatbot.

The products are bundled together in a subscription, AppyHigh Prime, which includes the aforementioned GenAI-enabled apps, is being offered at INR 2,999 a year. The subscription has been launched globally, including in the UK and the US.

The company claims to have seen 6,500 subscriptions organically for its product suite since launch. AppyHigh’s Prime bundle was recently featured on Product Hunt and managed to reach the number 1 spot on the platform.

“Generative AI products have the potential to 10X productivity and outcomes in many fields. However, one of the key drivers of adoption will be lowering the cost of access, especially in a market like India. Today, we are proud that AppyHigh has built a globally recognised product and delivered it at a third of the price,” said Dhuria, also a partner at early stage fund, VedaVC.

Founded in 2018 by Venus Dhuria and Aneesh Rayancha, the startup has developed more than 15 apps focused on productivity for SMBs and solopreneurs. The startup claims to have garnered more than 570 Mn downloads across its apps.

AppyHigh’s launch of a set of generative AI products comes as multiple Indian startups, new and old, have been working on deploying generative AI within their domains ever since the success of ChatGPT and other major generative AI models.

For instance, the likes of BYJU’S, Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, OYO and ixigo, among many others, have introduced generative AI-enabled products or have integrated GenAI capabilities within their existing products to broaden their horizons.

Recently, Amazon also became one of the biggest companies in the world to introduce generative AI products for the Indian market.

The ecommerce behemoth recently introduced a set of generative AI capabilities that will allow sellers to create better product descriptions, titles and listing details. Further, it launched Sahay, an AI chatbot, to help SMEs grow and scale. Amazon’s rival Flipkart also launched an AI-powered catalogue designer to help sellers create a convincing catalogue of their products.
