GoKwik bags 6th Position in LinkedIn’s Top 20 Startups 2023

Gokwik, a leading eCommerce enabler, has ranked number 6 in LinkedIn’s prestigious list of Top 20 Startups, 2023.

Founded in November 2020 by Chirag Taneja, Ankush Talwar and Vivek Bajpai, Gokwik solves some of the complex problems such as return to origin that are unique to eCommerce industry through tech and data science capabilities, thereby helping brands unlock growth and increase their margins.  

Within just three years of its inception, GoKwik has gone from a small team of 8 people to now 275 employees, serving over 1000 D2C brands, eCommerce marketplaces, and Omnichannel players including pioneers like Lenskart, boAt, Mamaearth, Neemans, Man Matters, The Man Company and more.

Additionally, GoKwik also houses over 100 million shoppers on its network. Through its unique products that create a streamlined shopping experience, and keep a robust check on probable returns before cancellation, GoKwik has been increasing conversions of brands by up to 40%, helping them safely expand COD serviceability pan India, reduce RTO losses by up to 30% and unlock ROI on WhatsApp by 20X. By catering to the needs of eCommerce brands across categories like Fashion, Beauty and personal care, electronics, health and nutrition etc., GoKwik has witnessed a remarkable 3.7X increase in revenue in the past year.

Born during the pandemic, GoKwik is a complete remote setup organization with employees working from more than 75 cities and towns across India, fostering a diverse and dynamic workforce. The GoKwik team is helmed by the guidance of the leadership who bring in a deep understanding of the eCommerce space having previously worked with companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Razorpay, Swiggy, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
