HP announces ‘conference room-as-a-service’: All the details

HP has announced a new conference room as-a-service subscription that will help customers manage and optimize their video conference rooms. The company will design the rooms based on employee personas and workplace policies, using Poly and HP technology. The service will provide insights on room occupancy and usage rates, allowing customers to make adjustments for a better conferencing experience. HP is piloting the service and plans to roll it out globally in April 2024. Additional features include automatic cancellation of empty bookings and a help button for immediate assistance.
