Cognizant, the prominent US-based IT company, is set to acquire Thirdera, a move aimed at bolstering its ServiceNow business. The acquisition focuses on enhancing digital workflows for enterprise operations through the cloud computing platform developed by ServiceNow.
Expected to conclude in January 2024, the acquisition details remain undisclosed. Upon completion, over 940 employees will join Cognizant’s ServiceNow Business Group, creating one of the largest aggregations of ServiceNow professional certifications globally.
Cognizant’s strategic partnership with ServiceNow has evolved since the acquisition of ServiceNow consultancy Linium in 2021. This partnership includes initiatives such as AI-driven automation and the joint pursuit of a $1 billion combined business.
