Apple to continue selling Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Series 9 in the US

An appeals court in the US has temporarily halted the ban on certain models of Apple Watch following a patent dispute with Masimo. The court’s ruling allows Apple to continue selling the banned smartwatches while it considers Apple’s request for a longer-term pause during the appeals process. The International Trade Commission (ITC) has until January 10 to respond to Apple’s request.
