Apple Stores in the United States have resumed sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 after a week-long pause due to a ban over the disputed blood oxygen feature claimed by medical device-maker Masimo. Apple appealed against the ruling and the Federal Courts of Appeal have granted Apple permission to sell its watches temporarily. The full Apple Watch lineup, including the blood oxygen feature, is now available for purchase again in the United States. The US Customs and Border Protection will decide on proposed modifications to the watches on January 12.
