The second edition of Parivartan (Sanskrit; To bring Transformation) is an Urban Resilience Summit, being organised by the Centre for Global Affairs and Public Policy (CGAPP) in New Delhi, India.

The Summit aims to bring together the policy makers, civic leaders, climate- tech startups, incubators, accelerators, philanthropies, corporates, academia, climate-tech investors, NGOs and other stakeholders to explore multi-level partnerships to mainstream climate tech solutions for urban resilience.

The focus on governance has been renewed in light of the realities of a warming planet, emphasizing the need for cities to adapt their infrastructure and lifestyles to this new reality. This transformation will be shaped through the partnership of government and innovators.
