UDAAN, is a week-long festival that encapsulates a series of sessions centered on curricular as well as extra-curricular activities for the holistic development of the children, marked by an exuberant culminating ceremony that is going to be held on 26 March 2025

1. Story Telling and comprehension:
Mentors will read stories to the kids(hindi for small children and easy english for elder
children) . Prepare some questions prior to the sessions for whichever stories you
collectively wish to read to them. You can read multiple stories and keep 3 questions
for each story. Approx 3 stories can be read to both the groups. We'll provide toffees
or dot pens to each of the right answers. Which means approx 20 students can get
these small prizes. And give a chance to different students if someone who had
already got the prize raises their hands again.
2. Pratisandhi Collaboration: Sexual Education program in collaboration with
Pratisandhi
3. Mental Health Session: Awareness and fun activities, under professional
psychologist. In collaboration with Smiling Dreams Foundation
4. Gender Sensitisation: Interactive Quiz about Famous contemporary and historical
women figures + General Discussion and Awareness
5. STEM session: Learning science through games and practical outdoor experience.
In collaboration with Smiling Dreams Foundation
6. Menstrual Awareness session: In collaboration with Ritva Club, Miranda House
7. Consumer Awareness session: In collaboration with TULA, Miranda House
8. Games and Fun activities
9. Creative Session with mentors from our club: any of these- Warli art, Bird
Feeder making, diya coloring etc
10. Panel Discussion: On the topic “Shiksha ka Shastra, Parivartan ka Mantra” with
honorable Shovana Narayan and KM Pathi
