Bharat Innovates 2026 is a flagship innovation initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, organized under the strategic guidance of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India. The program has been designed as a global accelerator for India's most promising deep-tech innovations emerging from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), research labs, innovation parks, and startup ecosystems across the country.

The maiden edition of Bharat Innovates will bring together India's top 120 deep-tech startups, innovators, researchers, investors, policymakers, corporations, and global innovation leaders in Nice, France, creating a powerful platform for international collaboration, investment, technology transfer, research partnerships, and market expansion.

The initiative forms a key part of the India–France Year of Innovation and aims to position India as a leading global hub for science, technology, research commercialization, and deep-tech entrepreneurship.
