Innovators often look for a real world sandbox to test bold ideas. This one focuses on strengthening local employment ecosystems by improving how talent and opportunities find each other through the emerging Blue Dot approach that districts are now picking up across the country.
EkStep Foundation and Headstart are opening the ONEST Entrepreneur Fellowship, a six-month on ground program where you take full ownership of a live employment pilot in a district in hashtagKarnataka or UP. It is an opportunity to strengthen how India discovers and trusts talent and jobs at scale using Blue Dots and open digital rails.
You will work with MSMEs, youth, institutes and district actors, anchor a Jobs Facilitation Centre, and treat the district as your own startup lab. The fellowship offers a Rs. 50,000 monthly stipend, travel support, weekly mentorship, and access to two strong ecosystems.
By the end, your pilot can move into an incubator, draw interest from investors, or grow into a venture.
