Early-stage venture capital (VC) firm Auxano Capital launched its $25 million Category 1 fund, which will be raised through its network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), and family offices.

Auxano Capital intends to use the funds in accordance with its investment thesis and allocation strategy, which are based on business classifications such as category creator, market creator, and market owner, or stage of the business such as seed, pre-Series, and Series A/Series B, according to a statement from the VC firm. The firm intends to actively invest in emerging megatrends such as fintech, enterprise SaaS, sustainable mobility, and agritech through its fund ‘Auxano Entrepreneur Trust.’
