Digital marketing startup Logicserve Digital raised undisclosed amount of funds from alternate asset management firm Florintree Advisors also announced its rebranding as LS Digital.

LS Digital provides a full range of digital marketing services, including mobile, advertising, video advertising, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine monetisation (SEM). The funds will be used to strengthen existing media capabilities and develop an inorganic growth strategy to expand into new markets. According to The Economic Times, the startup is also in discussions to raise a Series B funding round of approximately INR 200 Cr in the next three to four months, at a valuation of INR 1,000 Cr. The startup also collaborates with clients to identify gaps and implement the best technology stack for its clients.
