Reliance retail-owned logistics startup grab joins ONDC

Share via:

Reliance Retail-owned logistics provider Grab integrated its platform with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network. After Dunzo, this is the second Reliance Retail-owned startup to join the open network. Dunzo, a quick commerce startup, previously joined the network in May 2022 and even launched a pilot test in six Indian cities.

According to an ET report, Grab will support intracity hyperlocal deliveries with this. “We are currently in the process of launching the pilot project with the ONDC, which is in its early stages.” “We are excited to expand our partnership with the ONDC, and our priority will be to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our clients across sectors,” Pratish Sanghvi said. FedEx, Grofers, Paytm, BigBasket, Myntra, Amazon, and Swiggy are among the clients served by the nine-year-old startup, which offers on-demand, reverse deliveries, and first- and last-mile logistics.
