KABi Technologies, an HR consultancy based in KSA acquired UAE-based recruitment technology solutions provider, BLOOVO.

According to the company, the acquisition has contributed to the formation of a massive regional entity specialising in providing exceptional solutions to support the digital transformation of the Kingdom’s human resources sector, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. KABi will gain a larger market share in the human resources technology sector as a result of this acquisition, driving the pace of business growth, improving the quality of solutions and services provided to companies and individuals, as well as maximising competitiveness, developing corporate governance, and creating greater added value through the accumulation of partner experiences and joint services. KABI also intends to develop and implement human capital practises powered by AI algorithms in order to improve various work environments and streamline the business process.
