Robotics startup Peer Robotics raised $2.3 million in seed led by Kalaari Capital where existing investors Axilor Ventures, Connecticut Innovations and Innopact VC also participated.

Peer Robotics provides robotic solutions to manufacturers in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, fabrication and machining, and home appliance and tooling. Peer Robotics plans to use the new funds for research and development as well as global expansion in the SME manufacturing industry. Its robots work alongside humans in manufacturing plants, performing repetitive labor-intensive tasks such as assembly kitting and assembly line delivery.
