The Good Glamm group is in talks to acquire a majority stake in Bollywood actor Twinkle Khanna’s digital content firm Tweak , according to people familiar with the development.
If the Tweak India acquisition goes through, it will be the content-to-commerce company’s 11th acquisition. “It is a cash-plus-stock transaction that is nearing completion,” a source close to the situation said. Tweak India is a female-focused multimedia platform with a focus on wellness, beauty, and an eco-friendly lifestyle, available in text, video, podcast, radio, and event formats. Tweak India will be housed under Good Media Co, led by Priyanka Gill, following the acquisition. According to the sources, Khanna will continue to lead Tweak India as CEO.
