Investment banking marketplace Exits.me raised $1 million in Pre-SEED round from Baseeta Investments Holding, Mawelni Holding for Financial Investments, the founders, and a group of notable Egyptian Angel investors.

Exits.me aims to facilitate M&As and corporate investments by providing a seamless and fully integrated online solution on its platform, as well as a full-service financial advisory service. Exits.me was initially acquired by PIE, a boutique M&A consultancy founded earlier this year by Mohamed Aboulnaga. The founders want to help the region by raising investment awareness and educating people about the value of early investments in all industries and business functions. According to them, it is critical for all individuals, regardless of background, to fully understand how to invest through digital means.
