Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) has issued a red notice to Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon.
According to Bloomberg, South Korean prosecutors have asked Interpol to locate and arrest Do Kwon, who is facing charges related to the $40 billion cryptocurrency wipeout. Earlier this month, a Seoul court issued an arrest warrant for five others, including Do Kwon, on charges of violating the country’s Capital Markets Act. Previously, South Korean prosecutors accused Do Kwon, who is currently on the run, of refusing to cooperate. Do Kwon, on the other hand, took to Twitter on September 17 and stated that the firm is fully cooperating.
