Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider Unifonic, acquired an Istanbul-based R&D-focused AI-powered conversational automation company Sestek .
Sestek has created a suite of AI-powered conversational solutions that enable businesses to provide a consistent customer experience. The transaction was completed on October 12, 2022. Unifonic now has immediate access to Sestek’s suite of “Conversational AI and Analytics” solutions, as well as a large number of existing clients and partners. Enterprises (including banks and financial services), global contact centre technology, and business process outsourcing providers are among Sestek’s current customers.
