The investment comes at a time when food production is facing structural challenges as a result of geopolitical upheaval, rising population, shrinking arable land, declining productivity, and climate change. Advanta focuses on sustainable agriculture by providing farmers with quality hybrid seeds that are locally adapted. It operates in 84 countries throughout Asia, Australia, Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Africa.
