Global technology giant Google has announced to introduce a slew of changes to its Play Store mostly related to the interface, essentially the layout.
According to reports, Google updated its Play Store app for devices with large displays in September, introducing a redesigned layout with a new side rail and intuitive icons to make it easier to navigate and access. In a post on its developers’ blog, Google announced its plans to change the Play Store listing layout. In its post, the tech company emphasised the importance of having an easy interface for a better user experience. The changes are expected to be implemented in the application in 2023. The main highlight of the changes will be the placement of the app listing, which will be at the top of Google Play.
