Lagos-based PropTech startup, SmallSmall raised $3 million in a mixture of equity and debt, in SEED from Oyster VC, Asymmetry Ventures, Vivaz, and Niche Capital.

SmallSmall (formerly RentSmallSmall) provides renters with access to monthly rent payments while also providing landlords with a way to vet tenants, increase income, and manage properties. Invygo is creating alternative pathways to vehicle ownership and new economic opportunities through car subscriptions to address financial inclusion and mobility challenges in the MENA region. With this investment, Invygo will expand its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, enter new regional markets with low vehicle penetration rates, and invest in its technology, with an updated product design already in the works.
