Architecture SaaS software, CONIX.AI, raised $1.3 million in pre-SEED led by BIM Ventures. CONIX.AI uses artificial intelligence and generative design to provide real estate developers and architects with architectural designs.

CONIX.AI leverages both parametric and generative design principles to create an evolutionary optimization approach that provides adaptive modelling of sites and spaces. According to the company, recent studies show that architects design less than 2% of residential buildings worldwide, implying that the potential in this untapped market is limitless. The funding will aid the startup’s expansion into Saudi Arabia and product development. CONIX.AI will also enable users to quickly evaluate the viability of building sites and assess multiple scenarios, generate multiple design options for a given site, and optimise spaces while taking environmental factors into account.
