Microsoft to hike prices of software and services in India by 11%

Microsoft has reportedly announced an 11% increase in the price of commercial software and services in India.

The company cited currency fluctuations as the reason for the price increase, which will take effect on February 1, 2023. The price list changes will ‘harmonise’ Microsoft’s prices for software and services in India and the Asian region. “ Prices for commercial on-premises software in Indian rupees will rise by 4.5% beginning February 1, 2023.
