Instagram recently launched a new feature that can aid in the resolution of account access issues. Instagram has announced the launch of a “hacked” hub to assist accounts experiencing access issues.

Instagram is also expanding access to a feature that can provide users with multiple ways to regain access to their accounts if they lose access. Previously, the social networking service had begun testing a method for people to ask friends for identity confirmation for account access regaining, an option that is now available to everyone. Instagram also intends to notify users if they receive a Direct Message (DM) from an account impersonating a business.
