After the Delhi High Court granted Dr. Jain’s petition on December 23, 2022, both parties requested a hearing postponement in order to reach an out-of-court settlement, according to court documents reviewed by Inc42. The case is being heard by Justice Yashwant Varma, who has given the parties until January 11, 2023 to settle.
