Fanory manages a platform for digital creators to monetize their content. Maheshwari, a co-founder of Fanory and the former head of Twitter India, will focus on the global expansion of Fanory by joining JetSynthesys as president at the corporate level as part of the transaction. Through the agreement, Fanory will be able to utilise JetSynthesys’ digital entertainment division and use its resources to scale the new platform. Maheshwari begins a new chapter with the acquisition. While Fanory still seems to be in its early stages, it is unclear what the startup for content monetisation’s finances and other important information are.
