AI startup Entropik raised $25 million led by Bessemer Venture Partners and SIG Venture Capital

Emotional artificial intelligence (AI) startup Entropik raised $25 million in Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners and SIG Venture Capital where Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital, and long-time existing investor Bharat Innovation Fund also participated.

Through emotional intelligence, Entropik assists brands in understanding consumer behaviour. It enables businesses to improve their marketing campaigns and product experiences. Kumar explained that Entropik uses a camera to understand consumers’ facial expressions and a webcam to understand consumers’ eye movements, in addition to analysing their voices. In terms of fund deployment, Kumar stated that Entropik anticipates 15 months of scaling around product IP, technology, and business. It will also expand its presence in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
