Microsoft has unveiled its new Bing, which is powered by ChatGPT

Microsoft has unveiled its new Bing, which is powered by “next-generation” ChatGPT artificial intelligence (AI), as well as an update to its Edge browser that includes new AI capabilities.

The AI-powered Bing search engine and Edge browser are now available for preview at Bing.com, with the goal of “delivering better search, more complete answers, a new chat experience, and the ability to generate content,” according to a blog post published on Tuesday by Microsoft. These tools serve as a “AI copilot for the web,” according to the company. “AI will fundamentally change every software category, beginning with the most important of all — search,” Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said. It provides more relevant results for common queries such as sports scores, stock prices, and weather, as well as a new sidebar that displays more detailed information if needed.
