Proptech unicorn NoBroker raised $5 million in extended Series E from Google where General Atlantic, Tiger Global and Moore Strategic Ventures also participated.

As part of the agreement, Google and NoBroker will work together to improve user experience and scale product integration with the NoBrokerHood society management platform. Furthermore, the capital will be used to strengthen its existing presence and expand its footprint into newer regions. The startup also stated that the funding will allow it to expand its tech stack and use technology to streamline the entire real estate lifecycle of a user. As part of the agreement, NoBroker will collaborate with Google to develop solutions that ‘elevate living experiences’ for residents of residential complexes.
