Dubai’s RTA to giveaway AED20,000 in bicycle and e-scooter initiative

The RTA of Dubai has launched a new initiative for bicycle and e-scooter riders, ‘The Safe Rider,’ as part of Gulf Traffic Week 2023. The two-day initiative will award AED1,000 cash prizes to 20 randomly selected winners.

To qualify, all participants must follow all traffic safety rules. The Gulf Traffic Week 2023 was launched under the slogan “Your life is a Trust”. On Tuesday, members of the council, directors of traffic departments across the country, numerous ministry officers, and representatives of the ministry’s strategic partners in the traffic sector attended the launch at Global Village. The exhibition featured a variety of initiatives to improve traffic and road security, particularly in the areas of security, safety, and prevention.
