Skill-Lync, a leading EdTech platform, initiated an audit into its student placements with Ernst & Young (E&Y), a renowned global Big 4 audit firm. This led to E&Y verifying that Skill Lync has successfully placed over 1000 engineers across leading companies. The additional 1300+ placements are yet to be audited.

Skill-Lync is an e-learning platform that aims to revolutionise engineering education by bridging the skill gap between academia and the Industry. Skill-Lync credits their success to industry-relevant content, technical tutors, customer support and career services teams.

It has managed to build industry relevant content and bridge the perennial gap between academia and industry by working very closely with leading Automotive companies. Internationally renowned brands like Daimler, Renault-Nissan, Faurecia, Hella, Continental and leading Indian companies like Tata Elxsi, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Automotive leverage Skill-Lync for upskilling their employees in the areas of Automotive Engineering, Electric Vehicles and Embedded Systems

The strength of Skill Lync lies not only in its curriculum but also in its dedicated team of 60+ faculty members. These educators deliver approximately 4000 hours of industry-specific tutoring every month to over 5000 learners, ensuring that they are well-equipped with practical skills required by the industry.

In addition to the technical tutoring, career services teams conduct aptitude & communication training and ensure that 1200+ interviews are conducted with 100-200 companies on a monthly basis.

Skill-Lync has been recognized by NSDC as a non-funded training partner. TN State government has entrusted Skill-Lync with training of 10000+ final year engineering students across the state.
