Hyderabad’s T-HUB partners with Global Wales to fuel cross-border innovation and entrepreneurship

Hyderabad-based startup incubator T-Hub has partnered with Global Wales, an initiative backed by the Welsh Government and Universities Wales.

According to T-Hub, the partnership aims to strengthen cross-border entrepreneurship and innovation, linking the innovation ecosystems of Wales and India to nurture and support startups in both regions, leveraging their unique strengths and opportunities.

MSR, CEO, T-Hub, said, “The three-month engagement aims to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships between T-Hub and Global Wales. The collaboration reflects our commitment to support and empower startups, ultimately contributing to the growth of the Indian startup ecosystem.”

Offering mentorship program

As part of the partnership, T-Hub and Global Wales have launched a comprehensive three-month joint mentorship program with a focus on empowering startups in Telangana across various sectors, including healthtech, fintech, enterprise, SaaS, EV, sustainability, and sportstech. 

A total of 14 startups from T-Hub have been selected for this program, each representing a range of innovative ideas and development stages.

Who are the selected startups?

The selected startups include ATLAST, CORIZANCE, HSOL BIOMED, Tenalis SportsTech, Mayamd Technologies, ZenDevX, Firewires OneIoT, KODE BLUE Technologies, Yeshbio Solutions, HeartHealth Technologies, Docturnal, Acuration, Ashaa, Better Analytics.

Interstingly, The selected startups will receive extensive mentorship covering critical areas like product development, business modelling, and technical solutions. The program emphasizes Lean Startup methods and Agile principles, providing access to essential tools, resources, and industry connections. 

The personalized guidance from product specialists and industry mentors will further enhance the startups’ growth potential, the release notes.

Creating employability opportunities

Global Wales will be pivotal in creating employability opportunities between Indian and Welsh organizations. This includes leveraging T-Hub’s network for industry engagement and potential graduate employment.

Welsh universities will contribute their expertise, fostering a technology and innovation bridge between the two regions. T-Hub will lead various initiatives, including mentor mapping, program execution, and a Demo Day to showcase startup progress.
