Arvind Chandra Assumes Role of Divisional CEO for Aliaxis in India

Aliaxis, a leading player in fluid management solutions, has announced the appointment of Arvind Chandra as the new Divisional CEO of India and a Member of the Executive Committee, effective from November 2023.

In his new role, Arvind will oversee the group’s operations in India under the guidance of Eric Olsen, Chief Executive Officer. Boasting over 30 years of expertise covering strategy, marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, quality, and P&L functions, Arvind brings a wealth of experience to the position.

Before joining Aliaxis, Arvind served as the Chief Executive Officer at Minda Corporation for the past four years. His extensive leadership experience spans renowned tech companies, including Toyota, ZF-Wabco, Borg Warner-Phinia, Forvia, among others, where he led various transformation projects across eight countries and four continents.

Arvind holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, he possesses an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, USA.
