After the order from TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), private Indian telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea (Vi) had to bring new SMS and voice-only prepaid plans. TRAI mandated the telcos to bring such plans because of the tariff hikes they implemented and as a result, it became expensive for users to keep SIM active. Now, the telcos have complied with the order and all the private telcos have brought such plans for customers. Here’s a list of all of these plans.
