Delma Exchange in the UAE has partnered with Western Union to open concept stores that will provide a variety of customer-centric services.

According to the company, all five Delma Exchange locations in the UAE will be rebranded in the coming weeks to reflect the collaboration with Western Union. Delma Exchange CEO Zahir Moghal stated that the collaboration will allow the company to improve its customer experience by offering a wide range of Western Union services.

“Western Union shares our customer-first approach, and we are excited to work with them to provide our customers with technology-driven solutions that will elevate the overall experience,” said Moghal. He claims that the two companies’ collaboration will set new standards in the financial services industry and revolutionise how customers interact with international money transfer services.
