Cybersecurity startup Silence Laboratories raised $1.7 million in seed led by pi Ventures where imToken Ventures and other angel investors, including Daniel Ari Friedman, Mahin Gupta, CK Vishwakarma, Priyeshu Garg, and Ashish Tiwari also participated.

Silence Laboratories is a B2B library provider that enables enterprises to create more secure authentication and signature schemes. The funds will be used to expand the startup’s product portfolio and strengthen its technology stack. Silence Laboratories will also use the funds to increase hiring and scale its go-to-market (GTM) strategy in order to bring on more clients. Silent Shard and Silent Auth are two of Silence Laboratories’ key product offerings. It claims that these two products are intended to support “various authentication and authorization demands with varying levels of contextualization.”
