Lotus Herbals acquired 20% stakes in nutraceutical startup Yogic Secrets. Following the acquisition deal, the startup has raised an undisclosed amount of strategic funding from the family office of Lotus Herbals.

Lotus Herbals invested $220K in TV Actress Anita Hassanandani’s D2C startup Better Beauty less than a month ago. The funds will be used by the Gurugram-based startup to expand operations in India and enter international markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, among others.
