Spacetech startup GalaxEye Space raised $3.5 million in seed led by Speciale Invest where Artha India Ventures, Veda VC, Anicut Capital, Upsparks and angel investors Nithin Kamath (Zerodha founder), Prashant Pitti (EaseMyTrip founder), Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn founder) and Ganpathy Subramaniam (partner at Celesta Capital) also participated.

The company’s flagship product offers multi-sensor imagery via modern satellites and in-house data fusion technology. GalaxEye’s technology will allow the production of extremely high-resolution images via a small satellite constellation that, once fully operational, will provide global coverage in less than 12 hours. GalaxEye stated that the new funding will help boost hiring and accelerate the launch of its multi-sensor earth observation satellite.
