Two representatives from BYJU’S on Friday (December 23) held a meeting with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) on behalf of the company’s CEO Byju Raveendran.
Reps argued that the panel’s allegations of unfair trade practises were based on a single news report that made “sweeping generalisations” based on unnamed sources. BYJU’S agreed to change its refund policy. The Commission will meet with BYJU’s representatives again on December 26.
