Microsoft employee mistakenly leaks new version of Notepad with tabs

An employee of the American tech giant Microsoft inadvertently announced that Windows 11’s Notepad app will include tabs.

According to The Verge, an American technology news website, the employee, a senior product manager at Microsoft, shared a photo of a version of Notepad with tabs. “Notepad in Windows 11 now has tabs!” he exclaimed with a loudspeaker emoji. A Microsoft internal warning was included in the screenshot: “Confidential Don’t talk about features or take screenshots.” According to the report, Microsoft’s tabs feature is still in early internal testing.
