Indian conglomerate Tata Industries will shift some of its startup ventures, including Tata CLIQ Palette, Tata Cliq, Tata Cliq Luxury, and Tata Health, from Tata Digital to its super app Tata Neu, in the next two weeks.

According to people familiar with the matter, Tata Industries intends to consolidate its scalable ecommerce platforms under one roof with this move. The decision was made as part of a comprehensive group consolidation strategy led by investment holding company Tata Sons. Tata Sons has been combining similar entities housed under various Tata Group companies to create synergies, cut costs, and focus on scalability and competitive advantage. According to a development executive, capital allocation efficiency and scalability are the primary focus (for Tata Industries).
