Twitter usage at an all-time high: Elon Musk

Share via:

Twitter’s new CEO Elon Musk, stated on Monday that usage has reached an all-time high since his takeover.

He tweeted, “Twitter usage is at an all-time high lol.” He went on to say that he hopes the servers don’t melt. Twitter claims in an internal FAQ shared with its sales team that its monetisable daily user (mDAU) growth has increased by more than 20% since Musk took over the microblogging platform, according to the Verge. The FAQ was designed to be used by the sales team during conversations with advertisers, according to the report. Since the end of the second quarter, when it stopped reporting financials as a public company, Twitter has added more than 15 million mDAUs, “crossing the quarter billion mark,” according to the company.
