Dialect-based hyperlocal OTT platform STAGE raised ₹40 crore in funding led by Blume Ventures where NB Ventures, Dholakia Ventures, TSM Ventures, WeFounderCircle, Mumbai Angels, Tarmac Ventures, Tailwind Ventures, Longtail Ventures, Lets Ventures and AngelList with existing investors Better Capital, IPV, TCA, Venture Catalysts along with some angels also participated.
STAGE has over 2,25,000 subscribers and is growing at a rate of 30% month on month. STAGE has produced a number of popular Haryanvi web series, including Akhada, Group-D, College Kaand, Opri Parai, and others. STAGE debuted the Rajasthani dialect in June 2022 and has over 10,000 subscribers.
