Half of Saudi workers expect to have a female boss

Half of Saudi workers believe that a woman will eventually lead their current organisation. According to a study carried out by my management consulting firm Kearney, 54% of respondents believed that having more women in leadership positions would have a positive effect on the company.

Prior to International Women’s Day in 2023, a study was conducted to examine attitudes towards women in leadership roles, the road to progress, and the difficulties encountered. It brought to light the fact that, despite progress in creating a more equitable workplace, leaders in the private sector still need to do more to open doors for female talent.
