DrinkPrime, the pioneering subscription-based IoT water purifier brand offering affordable purification solutions, basked in its recognition at the esteemed Inc42 Fast 42 D2C Edition Awards held in Gurgaon recently. The brand was featured as an ‘Emerging Start-up’ in the last edition, but it proudly climbed to the 27th position in the ‘Growth’ category this year, being acknowledged as one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands. The event honored 52 brands, with DrinkPrime standing out for its innovative efforts in providing accessible safe drinking water solutions.

With a focus on enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction, DrinkPrime offers IoT-powered water purifiers controlled via a user-friendly app. Leveraging AI technology, DrinkPrime ensures water filtration based on tap water analysis and proactively schedules maintenance. Its subscription-based model, starting at INR 333 per month, eliminates additional charges for installation, delivery, maintenance, or relocation, making it accessible to a wider demographic.

“We’re honored by the Inc42 Fast 42 D2C Edition Awards in the Growth category. It underscores our dedication to providing innovative, affordable, and user-centric solutions for clean drinking water. We are growing rapidly. This means that we are getting closer to our mission of providing access to clean, safe and healthy drinking water to all,” said Vijender Reddy Muthyala, Co-founder and CEO, DrinkPrime.

Speaking about the DrinkPrime journey, Manas Ranjan Hota, Co-founder and COO, DrinkPrime said, “Our journey began with a vision to overcome the challenges posed by high installation and maintenance costs associated with traditional water purifiers, as well as the complexity of technical specifications. We solved that with our subscription model and our value-adds. Our goal for 2024 is to strengthen our presence in key markets and continue to provide seamless service to our subscribers. Our latest DrinkPrime Copper water purifier is already in 10,000+ homes across seven cities.”

DrinkPrime unveiled its latest product upgrade last month: RO+UV+Copper filtration system. This state-of-the-art technology seamlessly integrates reverse osmosis (RO) and ultraviolet (UV) purification, enhanced by the health advantages of a Copper filter. Addressing mounting concerns about water safety and wellness, DrinkPrime’s advanced filtration system provides residents of Bengaluru, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Noida with a holistic solution for clean, safe and healthy drinking water.
